Booking and Rescheduling
Counselling sessions must be booked in advance. To inquire about booking, please contact me via phone at 306-591-1753 or via email to email@example.com.
Before attending your first session either in person or online, you must provide your informed consent (via the form on the Forms page).
You will also be asked questions about your personal and health history in a pre-appointment call. This is required and is done for assessment and screening purposes, and to determine whether you are within my scope of practice.
Rescheduling requests must sent to me via email no later than 24 hours prior to a session.
Fees and Payment
The fee for sessions ranges from $85 to $120 for 50- to 80-minute sessions respectively. A sliding scale may be applied depending on ability to pay.
Payment is due upon booking. Payment is accepted via etransfer. A receipt will be issued after your appointment. Clients may pay for multiple sessions in advance. Clients with a balance will received a receipt after their session showing attendance and a remaining balance.
Refunds and Third-Party billing
I do not provide refunds for missed sessions or sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

In accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, I reserve the right to terminate services if:
- I believe a client is not benefiting from therapy
- I believe a client is being harmed or exploited by therapy process
- I feel verbally or physically threatened or intimidated by a client or by someone known to the client
- I believe counselling was entered into disingenuously or for the purposes of fraud and/or malingering
- I become aware that a client has knowingly provided false information on their consent form
I may also terminate services for clients who cancel or rebook sessions frequently. When and where appropriate, I will have pre-termination discussion with that client and make referrals and recommendations that I believe will be to their benefit.
